LG POP GD510 - How many SMS can be saved in the inbox and sent items?

Hi, i shall be getting this phone after regretably getting the Sony Ericsson W395 as that stores around 50 messages and then says - message full, you cannot even save them on your memory card!
So how many message can it hold before asking
It depends on the size of the messages I am not an LG expert but I know that most models can hold up to roughly 100 messages, if you need more space you could upgrade memory on your phone, lock the messages you need and delete the rest, it wont delete
